Rasam podi

Channa dal 1/4 cup
Tur dal 1/4 cup
Dhaniya 1 cup
Pepper 2 tsp
Jeera 2 tbsp
Fenugreek 1/4 tsp
Red chillies 10 to 12
Asaefotida solid little

Dry roast dals until golden brown. Then dry roast all other ingredients until nice aroma comes.
Let it cool completely.
Then grind it to fine powder.
Store in air tight container.
