Sweet Pongal / Chekkara Pongal

Rice 1 kg
Moong Dal 100gm
Channa Dal 100 gm
Jaggery 1/4 kg 🤔
Sugar 1/8 kg
Ghee 10 tbsp
Cashew 20
Cardamom 5 pods
Kishmish as per wish

Cook in cooker rice and dal. Water should be above rice as deep as the middle finger (1 rice : 2.5 cups water). Once cooked as jaggery and sugar and cardomom powder. Fry cashew and kishmish in ghee. Add too rice mixture.
